Drawing from my work with bereavement, art therapy, my personal life experiences, and the work of author William Bridges, these seminars are designed to provide tools to help manage the confusion, pain, and uncertainty inherent in making life changes. Participants are guided through exercises that teach them how life can be enhanced by challenging experiences, as they gain a fresh outlook on how we are shaped by our view of the world.
